Allison Joseph

Allison began working in the hospitality industry in 2018 with Kemmons Wilson Companies where she was the accountant for several hotels and assisted with various functions for hotels in the portfolio. She then worked at Valor Hospitality Partners where she was an accountant for 2 years and oversaw the accounting department at the Central Station Hotel in Memphis as the Controller. Allison joined the McNeill Hotel Company as a Senior Accountant in 2022, and shortly after moved into the Director of Hotel Accounting role in June 2023. Allison earned her bachelor's degree in accounting at the University of Memphis.

Allison enjoys spending her free time with her family, friends and her 2 dogs, Ollie and Nahla. Some of her hobbies are kayaking, hiking, camping, watching sports, and refinishing furniture.
